In the penultimate measure, the accidental on the second right-hand chord is a C-natural (cancelling the C-sharp in the preceding measure). The note directly below it, however, should still be a B-flat (i.e. it's a dominant-seventh chord with an added 6th on top). You misread it as a B-natural.
