Chaat masala/ chat masala/ powdered spice mix or masala/ Spice Blend Recipe is the master spice used in a wide variety of foods, ranging from kababs,
vegetables, roasted dishes, chaats, dahi bare etc.
chaat masala ingredients:
whole coriander 250g
whole red chillies 250
white cumin seeds 120 g
Black pepper 120 g
Black salt 2 tbsp
Kashmiri lal mirch 4 tbsp
lime powder 3 tbsp heap
dry ginger powder 4 tbsp
Dry roast all the spices except the salt (black and white) and lime powder.
Grind them into a coarse form, sift and then store in an air-tight container.
