I think “ Thanks I needed that” was a slogan for aftershave commercial in the 80s . He would slap his sleepy face with the aftershave and then say it and look very awake. 😁The 70s and 80s were all about slogans and jingles catch phrases.

Video the opening a return to protect yourself.

Wonderful sales. I always am at a place of learning. At the end regarding the possible scam... We had a similar situation (outside of eBay) and contacted a government agency at the time regarding it. We were informed that an international scam was happening and there was a desire to flood the market with certain things coming from a certain country. We were told to destroy the "clothing" and not allow it back into the United States market - additionally, we received seeds, which are an invasive species to our country at another time. Same situation - same response from the government agency. This was perhaps 2015? Thank goodness nothing more has come our way!

Sounds like that buyer was a scammer. Good for ebay to side with you. Another way scammers try to get over is by sending the return to themselves so tracking will show its been delivered. Hopefully that glass item doesn't get returned for IND, as not "stained" glass.
