I don't know whether to cry for nasally voice or to feel happy for emotions in voice However, I think NT full release will have improvements and I love the way you tuned NT

Imo she is a bit hard to use but her features in the engine are complementary to make her sound good. It's just that the base voice of hers in the engine is covered mostly by the engine's noise but that is understandable as this is crypton's first take on the voicebank's engine.

Usually the engine noise is only an issue in the lower range, but this NewType™ Miku sounds like there's a bee lodged in her larynx that only flaps its wings both whenever, and as loudly as, she vocalizes. The volume-proportionate buzz is just, so, offputting; it just worries me in regard to the future of vocal synth quality as a whole, versus our expectations as fanatics of such a technology.

could stand to be less echoey too, you would think they'd prioritize clearness. It somehow sounds like v4x and v1 put together in that reguard

@@mushmush4980 actually, I think she's worse than V1. at least the first Vocaloid engine could pronounce its vowels right 99% of the time! :-)

@@mushmush4980 When you say Echo, do you mean the long volumetric release of the vocal when a note ends? I've always noticed that it is actually quite inconsistent, tempo-wise, in Vocaloids 2, 3, and 4X, and that Crypton Future Media®'s singer libraries have suffered the worst in said regard. I have not yet fully analyzed the release lengths of the notes for Hatsune Miku NT, but I can assure you that regardless of whichever lyrical synthesis engine we choose, we should have direct control over the ADSR envelopes of the waveforms of each of the syllables, via an easy-to-use four-knob or quad-slider based interface (with the option to set a default), which we don't. I would also love to see the added option to offset the highest and lowest cents of vibrato, so each voicebank could sing more like Ariana Grande, who only curves above the root note and back down to it, or the lead singer of ABBA, who only curves below the root note and back up to it. There should once again be a way to set the default vibrato as well.

@@JadeJohnsonIndustries with the mostly negative feedback of NT I think crypton might take this into account, personally, I really like NT, her nasally sound gives her a bit more felling compared to her predecessors, but I really would like to her a ultra realistic miku, if they fixed what you stated, miku would be on another level.

@@slushie.2332 I'll consider your reply in both of two ways: Felling: Although the nasality of her vocals may somewhat contribute to the choppiness of her consonants, you can't use the verb "felling", meaning "chopping down", as a noun to describe choppiness. Feeling: Yes, I agree. Now if only we users could control the level of openness of both the virtual vocalist's mouth and nose, but independently from one another, for much greater realism! Eh, eh?

A Vocaloid is like a instrument. It doesn’t sound bad or good by itself. It’s up to the instrument player to make it sound good, which is all depends on skill. :) props on to the person who tuned this ✨

She really sounds like she's actually singing in tears

Her voice is just too damn strong for a “normal” voicebank but you did a really good job of getting her shouty voice to sound not so shouty lol. I can definitely see her struggling with pronunciation but I don’t think that’s ur fault haha. Good job!

gosh i hate it when people complain about her sounding nasally. a nasally singing voice can be not your thing, but that doesnt mean its bad or that you should insult it! as someone who does have a nasally singing voice and admires singers who also sound nasally, i LOVE how miku nt sounds! and your tuning with her makes her sound amazing! if i could i would get miku nt, but in the meantime i’ll enjoy your beautiful covers with her :)!

Gosh, there’s bits of this where she sounds amazing and others where she doesn’t sound quite right. I don’t really think it’s any bodies fault, I think she just sounds like she wants to scream/belt everything she sings, to a point where when she quiets down in songs it sounds “nasily” as people put it. Her vibrato is beautiful though, not to mention the fact that I love her redesign. I’m definitely considering picking her up.

Sometimes, I'll see ひらり、ひらり and think "Oh, that's an old one. It can't be that moving, surely." And then I listen to it, and the sheer, raw __agony__ this song contains in it's tuning and instrumental makes me sob.

miku has a bit of a cold it seems but it's very calming! and relaxing. can fall asleep to this will report back if i did

Starting from 0:55 and all the way to 1:00 there is slight delay which causes lack of dynamics. It needs to be considered in future works with NT. Part before this timestamp is surprizingly strong, though. Please keep up the good work!
