저 체육쌤 내 중딩때 체육쌤인데 애들 하나하나 신경써주고 맞춰서 대해주셔서 대화도 되게 잘통했고 자상하고 장난도 많이 쳐서 아직도 기억에 남는 쌤임..

COVID-19 Seattle 관리를 안하고 매일 술처마시면 사람 죽습니다 매일 매일 마신다면 유연성의 문제가 아니라 병원을 가보세요 알코올 중독일 수도 있으니까요(+비꼬는게 아니라 진짜 진지하게 걱정돼서 하는 말입니다..

she's not showing off, she's teaching them how to do those moves precisely. she did some moves and explained to them. how is that showing off?

Putri Lilin the part when she does the split even tho nobody asked her to do so. Not a hater though. She's cool.

검도할땐 낙법으로 빠르게 구른뒤에 사람을 죽여야 하니까 저 방식으로 구르더라고요 물론 한국 검도만해서 한국 검도에 대해서 밖에 모르겠네요

JungShooking your flexibility is perishable skill if your not constantly working your muscles out and conditioning your going to lose it and you may not get it back.
