just wondering what's the chance of busting up your front diff.

was literally about to order a tune just for this reason of being annoyed running trails that i can do 25-30 on but having to do it in high range cause of this garbage limiter. not sure what CF moto was thinking putting a 4750 limiter on L range but this man is a genius.

I have a 2022 1000 overland with a reverse bypass rev switch on the front left switch control that bypass the low range speed. Without pressing the switch I'm stuck at 31 km and pressing the switch I get 54 kms in 2 or 4 wheel.

Pin 24 all it is is a signal wire that travels from the transmission gear selector switch. It starts at the gear selector switch runs up and Ts off 1 wire gos to pin 24 the other to the dash to let you know your in low. By deleting pin 24 the ECU no longer knows your in low gear there for deleting the limiter. We have done these kind of deletes for many many many moons on other ATVs etc.

In Europe we have the 1000r and when you floor it it starts to beep. Can you remove that with the same type of fix as you did in this video?

@@ronpage101 I got the msc tune and the override button now u dont even need. My rpms run at 7400 in low so you dont even need to hit button. At 7400 u bounce off rev limiter.

@@ronpage101 Forgot to say the speed went up too around 36 mph now which motor is reving pretty high at 7400 rpm so you have plenty of grunt. MSC tune is a good mod. Temps run lower and revs are higher now.

We sold it for a while. But didn’t sell allot of them so we stopped. It’s super easy and free to push the pin. Have a mechanic friend do it.

So I just bought a 24 cfmoto 950 sport4 and noticed yesterday in a climb in low , I lost power briefly like went into short limp mode until I let off gas and once I rehit the gas it was fine but definitely scary in a climb.. is that what has happend what u r talking about? Have you ever had your Cfmoto sidebyside go into limp mode in high mine only goes 20km hr why is it doing it is there something wrong when prior I road my 950zforce for a 2hr ride an then when I got home it went into some kind of mode where it only goes 20km an nothing higher can you tell me why ? We did. But most people chose the free way so we didn’t sell enough we stopped making them. I was pretty much giving them away at cost and building them it just didn’t work out. The free way is much better option.

After doing this and buttoning back up. Fired it off let it run while i put my stuff up, backed out of the garage and put in low and it immediately shut off. Dash cluster not working and not turning over. Any ideas ? Ran fine til i put in low gear

Make sure you pushed the correct pin down. And didn’t touch it against any other pins.

The regular z950 don’t have a speed limiter in low at 18MPH. It has a rev limiter you can’t bypass that.
