For mostly riding on roads and fields with occasional light mud use will the cast units hold up ok ? How do portals handle 10-15 mile trips at highway speeds?

The cast would hold up fine. But not at high heat speeds. They will blow the seals right out from internal fluid pressure

Yes they did
