@@coachlapo as the new CFL fan from Russia (only started to watch full games since 2023 playoffs), I find these videos very educational. You're also doing videos about schemes and all that stuff, that's very good for me, as I usually have no idea what's going on in terms of schemes. I need to watch them, so I have a little bit more idea what's going on.

That punt and recovery rule is no bueno, what the hell?? Why don't you do that on every play and drive down the field with a 50 play drive down the field and win every game 7-0....

I think the ball has to be kicked from behind the line of scrimmage and recovered past the line to be a first down, but I agree the rule needs to be changed. The ball should have to travel at least 10 yards like on a kickoff. A two yard kick on 2nd and 20 should not give a team a first down.

@@wendigo53 that is football. That is Rugby Football. Canadian Football have more similarities with Rugby Union Football than American Football.

@@sirbobloblaws Changing how punts work will completely change the punting game. It make sense to see punts being recovered immediately after they crossed the line of scrimmage. They're considered a loss of possession, so when an onside player (or punter himself) recovering it, he's gaining a new possession for his team. I like that rule. It's a homage to Rugby Union Football.
