On Feb. 28, WISN Channel 12 in Milwaukee did a couple live segments at the CFI Concordia 27 production kitchen during its morning show in a spotlight called Show Me Milwaukee. The newly opened kitchen will help CFI serve more than 18,000 meals per day by this fall.
