Sir How many types of traveling great furnace

Can we used the bed ash cooler exit heat to remove the coal moisture for better flow of coal on DCF basically on rainy seasons. Providing a ring type heat exchanger .We are generally facing the frequently jamming of DCF and frequently reduce the load . please suggested your opinion as we have no sufficient coal shed to store the coal for long terms. Moisture is generally problems in rainy day for any power plant either AFBC /CFBC .Coal flow restriction how to avoid it .

Reheater is used to reheat the steam exhaust from HP turbine after reheating agains supply to IP turbine for further expansion.

Reheater available in CFBC plant, in this diagram it's missing, if reheater coil not present then there no IP turbine in that power plant.

Sir, is steam passes through bottom ring header and upper ring header which is present near cyclone separator.. I got confused in the steam path . Steam path is different from fbc boiler.

sir cyclone se joo ash nikalta hai usme unburned coal ka maximum kitna percentage hota hai...??

Same as used in AFBC like 6 to 8 mm coal size & gcv depends on fuel quality.
