This beep sound has the purpose of reminding you to pull the parking brake, while the ATV is in operation. By removing this beep sound you are removing a safety feature, so do it at your own risk. I take no responsibility for this.

Problem with this is that while it removes the immediate signal when you're not on the seat, it still has the delayed beep that goes on if you leave it for a couple of minutes without applying the parking brake. To get rid of that you have to bridge the wire that goes from the parking brake handle into the ATV itself. This works, but has the downside that now the parking brake light on the dashboard will always be on. I guess the better way would be to locate the actual beeper and disconnect that, but I haven't taken the time to do so.
