I am not sure you can send the app developer a message asking about an IOS version of your iPhone, you can also ask about the copy and paste feature. I did this video for him some time ago but he is the developer

You will have to contact the app developer on the Google play Store for technical support. Sometimes there are TV boxes that has compatibility issues the developer will have to solve.

Thanks for the suggestion. I faced a problem with the mouse option that I cannot select anything. The cursor is moving but it's not clicking. Also the keyboard input is not getting entered in the TV.

This is an Android app made to run on Android devices with root support (rooted). It will not even work on Android TVs because they are all not rooted.

That happens when Google play services is downloading in the background. It will take a while then the download will start. You logged into the play store for the first time on the box

@@laifongchan537 The box and phone needs to be on the same network LAN/WiFi for it to work. It cannot work with Bluetooth.

Is your TV an Android TV? It's an Android app so it needs Android to work.

Yeah it does work but doesnt really work on 3D games like highschool simulator, into the dead which i have tried but no it doesnt work although it does work on 2D games

First you have to ask yourself if your box supports pinch and zoom function. Then if it does you simply switch to touchpad mode and perform your action. If it does not have pinch and zoom function then it will not work.

I tried to assist other people with TV boxes, but it appears that it works better on Amlogic hardware rather than Rockchip hardware. You would have to contact the app developer on the play store.

It has to be the US region. It is available on the iOS store but it's more an Android app. There are APK downloads where you can install it directly without the need for Play Store, but there are no downloads for iOS as probably secured/protected from sideloading apps. - www.cetusplay.com/
