Hi dear I checked ingredients list and I won't suggest this product as it contains 3 different types of fragrances ..in that butyl phenyl methyl propional is a very strong fragrance..it makes skin sensitive and allergic in long term use 👍 Plus it contains stearic acid, plamitic acid ithu fungal acne safe alla.. Also potassium hydroxide koodiya quantity yil use cheythittund..so skin kooduthal dry aakan kaaranam aakum 👍 So i won't suggest this.go for another good cleanser 👍thnku 💖

First week- weekly twice Second week- weekly thrice Third week- alternate days Fourth week alternate days Fifth weeek onwards use daily... Do a patch test before use.. After 6 months u can start EGA night cream 👍

@@beautypedia3396 oily skin ആണ്. Especially മൂക്കിനു ഇരുവശവും നെറ്റിയും. Black heads and white heads ഉണ്ട്. എനിക്ക് പറ്റിയ, fragrance free ആയ sunscreen ഏതാണ്? പിന്നെ pimples ഇടയ്ക്കൊക്കെ വരാറുണ്ട് അപ്പോൾ clindamycin Clindac a gel night ൽ use ചെയ്യാറുണ്ട്.

@@beautypedia3396 thanks doctor❣️ Truederma sunscreen fragrance ഒഴിച്ചാൽ വേറെ പ്രശ്നം ഒന്നും ഇല്ലല്ലോ പിന്നെ double cleansing ഇത് വരെ ചെയ്തിട്ടില്ല. അതിൽ cleansing oil /oil based balm use ചെയ്ത് ആദ്യം cleanse/ face massage ചെയ്യുക , ശേഷം ഒരു foaming water based facewash use ചെയ്ത് cleanse ചെയ്യുക എന്നിങ്ങനെ ചില channels ൽ double cleansing nte steps കണ്ടിരുന്നു അങ്ങനെയാണെങ്കിൽ ഏത് Cleansing balm ആണ് oily skin നു നല്ലത്?

Athu dove nte shampoo il aanu not in body wash. U can use aveeno body wash Biotique body wash (orange color) Nivea body wash for dry skin

Hi Doctor... Thanks for the video... it's very informative😇 I consulted a dermatologist 2 months ago and she prescribed me Cetaphil moisturising cream and Photostable Gold sunscreen with SPF 55. Now I wish to buy Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser and Cetaphil moisturising lotion too for applying to the hands and legs. Should I buy it? Could you please suggest a sunscreen for applying to the hands and other parts of the body? I am 25 and have dry skin and a little bit of hyperpigmentation on my lips and around my mouth. What should I do for reducing hyperpigmentation? My marriage is fixed for December this year. Kindly reply doctor.

Thank u ❤Cetaphil gentle cleanser or simple moisturizing facewash. Dnt buy lotion. It won't provide enough moisture. Use bioderma atoderm intensive baume(nyka) Body wash- aveeno body wash(nyka) Body sunscreen- minimalist body sunscreen(nyka) Weekly once u can do dr. Sheth liquorice +lactic acid peel (patch test is must) for tan removal(nyka) For lips- use kumkumadi lip serum morning and night(Amazon) For peri oral pigmentation- eclat pigmentation serum(buy from eclat website) 1-2 drops at night after facewash apply only around mouth. Drink plenty of water, stay hydrated always. Add cucumber, watermelon, nuts, eggwhites in ur diet. U can also place a humidifier near ur bed. That will prevent dryness👍
