In my opinion, Gilmour plays like Busquets... I hope he will be like him in the future. Like what he did to Liverpool. He didnt play like his idol, Cesc, but for me, he played like Busquets. Well, I dont have the information to back up the statement that the team can mould him into the likes of Cesc. And i dont think they will. Because they dont need that, you see.. High press, short passes, the team will be needing someone who can steal the ball in the opponent's area and do a quick counter. The reason why write this because i didnt follow his style of play since he was in the youth team. Maybe he looked like Cesc. But...yeah...tbh, i miss the long passes, and Chelsea's counterattacks.

I would love if Cesc would drop by in pre season to teach a few things to Billy. Billy the kid already has the brain, just needs that vision.

Many forget how good he is also is upfront. Played as a false 9 countless of times for Spain despite other strikers being available. Raked up goals when he was in Barcelona. Talk about a player that stars wherever he is played. Legend 🔥🔥🔥

That's the repercussion when a player is overused early on in his career. Fabregas was overused right from when he was 16 years old. He didn't had any serious break or any long term injury so it's not easy for him to keep up with the physical aspect of the game like he should have.

Exactly what we are missing at the moment, those killer through passes, that one special long pass from midfield which cuts defence in one moment.
