You have no idea what you’re talking about. Outside investors are use this all the time. What do you think a REIT is or alternative investments? His method is real it’s just that he used it in the wrong way. If he was actually getting the properties and selling them and not promising such high returns it could’ve worked.

This guy was just telling people to invest with him on a specific property to fix and flip at a guaranteed rate in a guaranteed amount of time. THERE IS NO LEGAL WAY TO DO THIS IN REAL ESTATE.
