This has to be the easiest job ever. They're not angry, mean dogs. They just get too excited around people. Something I guess I think is simple since my golden is a city boy and not just shoved out into the backyard when something happens.

I have two goldens and the same thing. We had to hire a trainer. But goldens are just super happy intelligent dogs. They don’t mean to hurt or be viscous and not trailing your dog to understand your commands is why they do it.i don’t blame the dogs at all. It’s the human that has to learn to communicate with the dog

+Denis Morissette I just got one.. She's hard work, poops and pees in the house and bites me all the time! I was just like you really wanting one but she's a hassle!

+Jake Andrew she's 8 weeks, and I never hit her. When I'm playing with her she starts tugging at my hair and doesn't let go

I work with goldens and I am far from a fan of ceasers but that is mostly because ever person i meet who has been bitten while working with a dog was a big ceaser fan and trying to do things after watching his show... Ceaser is a tv show personality and he is the wrong person to try to learn from as some things he does are wrong and dangerous and that he himself gets bitten should be proof enough of that.. Modern dog training is based off the work of Dr Ian Dunbar and he or others that follow his philosophies is a much better source of how to train dogs for anyone who wishes to learn how to... That said, in this case this short video is not bad... It is only some things he does wrong... Goldens are easy to work with if you do it right because more then anything they love to please.. you just need to direct them right...

Thats not ceaser’s fault he has a disclaimer in every episode to not attempt his techniques.

Why is Cesar on TV and u aren't?? Why don't u try correcting an aggressive dog using treats???

That's because they have utilised Cesar's techniques incorrectly. There is a good reason why the "Do not attempt these techniques yourself" warning pops up several times during the show. The lady in this clip is the perfect example of this. Cesar gives an example of snapping the dog out of it's over-excited mindset by giving it a light kick, but when the woman does it, she pushes the dog; which Cesar clearly points out that that is not the right thing to do. *Just because you get advice from Cesar, doesn't mean you can automatically do it.* And have in mind that the dogs in this show are dogs that have already gone nuts. You NEVER apply these techniques to dogs that don't have these issues. Cesar turns down mild cases and says "You don't need me. Another trainer can help you." because mild dogs don't need these kind of corrections, and also because if he takes on mild case dogs, he is wasting that time that he could've spent rehabilitating a severe case dog that other trainers cannot fix. *It's not Cesar nor The Dog Whisperer crew's fault that there are dumb people who mimic everything they see on TV.* They gave the warnings, and Cesar always gives good advice, so it's on them to ignore them and cause harm to their dogs.
