I was born in the USA. Grew up 5 miles from the border. The more Mexicans that came from over the border, the less chance that I can get a raise at any of my jobs. I moved out of state a year and a half ago. Never going back. I'll fly my mom here to see her

But man, everything he is saying it’s true. Besides calling a person that crossed the border an “illegal” it’s not rude. It’s calling someone by their actions. It’s not even offensive at all since it doesn’t point out something that the person can’t change as opposed to racism. Secondly amigo, I am actually a real Mexican. Someone that live there and here as well as saw both sides of a coin that everyone just seems to not wanna look deeper into. It seems very hypocritical to me that you worry and advocate for the well-being of those who are fleeing over here instead of focusing on the reasons WHY they are fleeing over here. Corruption, insecurity, and lack of employment. Problems that arise from a substantial lack of education among the population, a lack of employment opportunities and safe and healthy communities. All things that YOUR government as a Mexican citizen is supposed to provide you with. I don’t see you, or anybody who is orchestrating the attacks on republicans, border agents or whoever you continue to display your lack of knowledge in the situation, do or say anything to the right people to improve their situation. Or what is your solution to move all the Latin American population into north America and then see how we manage. That a pretty dumb solution if you asked me.

This is not about left and right north or south, Mexico, US. It's about human rights. Basic human survival. I understand He is definitely coming out w/ what he felt out of necessity but damn those degoratory comments hurt, especially from a name like Cesar Chavez. Seems like everyone wants to point the finger at the Mexican for crossing over they forget who really did but that's not the important part. The important part is that humans are humans and they are gonna go wherever they can thrive. It's not about the people it's the governments that allows it because its convenient for them it's profitable in every single way. So when Americans come to live to Mexico they're not immigrants they are tourists, they invade all our border states making life unaffordable but that's fine because they have dollars. When the Americans purchase our lands so they can retire peacefully, ohhh its fine cuz they got dollars, they not only displace us by creating fake wars but they also displace us through economics. They don't only take our jobs but they take our resources and make what we are left w/ unfordable and then they take our people, force our people to live somewhere else because we cant afford our own land and call us immigrants and wetbacks. If you really know then you do if you dont, then dont act like do. Stop using what "you know" at your convenience. Do you think we want to move, leave our beautiful sacred lands, we dont! But we have to. So Stop pointing at the Mexican!
