When I do any work with rt hand ,that whole body right side becomes numbness and that side of head ache starts,similar with left hand,I have c5 c6 minute disc bulge In cervical mri,when do any physical work with any hand that side of the whole body develops numbness with headache,please explain or diagnose my problem sir

I have been suffering from headache in different areas since one year.. two times MRI brain scan was taken but there is no problem with the brain.. cervical MRI also was taken where C5 C6 bulge is reported and narrowing of foramen.. I am presently suffering with pain in my right ear region.. I am also suffering with tinnitus of left ear since one ear.. please suggest.. can I perform neck exercises?? Is it possible to see you???
