Posture is one main reason true....but in today's world where people are occupied with too much surfing over mobile surfing n use of computers...they usually bend downwards n in doing so they put pressure on the neck region n slowly it leads to degeneration of cervical bone ..n thyroid can even be the reason as it influences metabolism n menopause too as harmone imbalance is there which leads to osteoporosis n calcium depletion

Hi Rashmi, you are absolutely right...as surfing and working on mobile and laptop continuously can cause the cervical spondylitis but to avoid that condition we need to do some stretching exercises on regular intervals, And yeah thyroid may be the another reason as it cause some another complications in the body which can lead cervical spondylitis too, but in few cases. I appreciate that you came up with one more information....Thanks a lot. Have a nice day🙂
