Pap smears need to be done every yr no matter what. I never had an abnormal pap test. I am 42 yrs old and the last few yrs, because of this and testing negative for hpv, Insurance would not approve a pap test every yr. I now have high grade squamous intraepithelial lesion cin 2. I had a total hysterectomy 2 weeks ago. Ladies, please, get a pap test every yr, no matter what. Your health is more important. Don't let the drs and insurance recommend on only getting pap tests every 3-5 yrs. Have one yearly, its so important.
Excelente explicación Doctor, gracias.

You're very welcome!
Doctors with female patient had colposcopy were put bit vinger on cervix to show cervical displasia, abnormal cells, cin 1,2,3 and HPV on cervix. Doctors treatment plan were they remove 1 cm of female patient cervix using leep procedure or cone bisopy procedure. Doctors treatment plan cause side effects libibo, orgram function, sexual function, sex drive, shorter cervix harder to get pregnant, nervous around cervix damage by doctors treatment plan.
Thank you for this very informative video. Could you please suggest that which guideline directed the given Algorithm for management as per the Pap Results. This would help me immensely.
I had cin3 and had biopsies taken and had to have the leep thing done x

Yes, the clinic I visited recommended getting Gardasil 9, as it can prevent recurrence of cervical displaysia.

Nag papa chemo na ba pag may cervical dysplasia?
Get pregnant and have children there is higher chance of having cervical displasia and abnormal cells and HPV on cervix. Birth control like IUD cause abnormal cells and HPV on cervix Had high grade cervical cancer and cin 3 and HPV on cervix used escharotic treatment plan were they put tampons with medications on them put in side of female patient cervix, had normal pap smear still got pregnant did not hurt sexual function this is natural way to heal cervical displasia and abnormal cells and HPV on cervix, better way than doctors remove part of female patient cervix for bisopy procedure
