Do not do the deal. Keep the video post up and put on news. Then sue the restaurant owner for discrimination. All these things will put the restaurant in bad financial shape and bankrupt the owner. Then the buyer come back in and buy at the low price from the Bank.

I'd walk away from the deal. That restaurant owner was so rude and discriminatory.

With that kind of service I would walk away. No deal would be what he deserves!!

FORGET THE DEAL AND LET HIM GO BANKRUPT! Also, make an example out of that bad owner, show the video to social media, and make sure no one eats at this restaurant because of its bad reputation.

Had the waitress refused to comply with the restaurant owner, I would have said a new deal should be made with the restaurant owner getting far less for his restaurant and the waitress being hired to work there for the new owner.
