I just bring my tuck home 5 days ago do i need to do all these or can i skip some steps? How's it hold on the windows and Windshield?

I’d put ppf on the gloss black areas around the side windows those will indefinitely get swirls over time . Looks great man .

How long does this product last?

Truck is looking good man. Liking the ditch lights. 👍 There is a deionizer for well water called "simple chuck". last time I looked it was fairly expensive but would eliminate that hard water issue.

Thanks man, much appreciated!… I’ll be posting the video on those ditch lights in the near future, they are a huge help with living in the country and having deer everywhere! I’ve never heard of that Simple Chuck but I just checked it out… It is a little pricey but I may give it a shot, living in the country with well water is brutal with the water spots… Thanks for the heads up!

Cheers for taking the time to post these videos. I'm in the mountains of British Columbia and always get XPEL PPF over ceramic because they put gravel on the mountain passes. This time I'll be getting XPEL with ceramic already applied. Do you ceramic coat the interior? My PRO should be here in mid-November, going in later today to finalize everything.

Thanks for watching, and congrats on the truck!…you’re gonna love it!…I never coated the interior, I’ve always wondered how it would work doin the plastic inside, maybe I’ll reach out to Dura Coating and ask!

Toyota didn’t have the plastic protective layer on the hood and mirrors did they?

Hi can the ceramic application be done outside or has to be done inside garage

Hey Manuel!…inside is highly recommended, biggest reason being is you wouldn’t want any dust/debris/leafs/etc hitting paint before or while you’re applying…worst case, it doesn’t absolutely have to be inside, but it’s better whenever possible

Nice video........since your truck is new you most likely could of went with a good polish with the proper pad and skipped the compounding step. Truck looks good!

Thanks John, I appreciate it!… I did have some light swirl marks but the truck was in excellent condition, polish with a slightly more aggressive pad may have worked for sure… Thanks for watching!

Thank you, much appreciated!…I got those off Etsy awhile back, but I’m going to be swapping them over to the Tufskinz pieces…these are very thin vinyl, honestly don’t think they’re going to last all that long…they were cheap, I kinda bought them as a test to see if I would even like them, but now that I do I’m going to get Tufskinz version, they’re much better quality…hope that helps!

looking to do the same ceramic thing, what percentage you got on window tints? looks sick

Man wish I did this to my truck right away. Few weeks into owning mine and its looks like crap. Perks of working in a gravel lot. How many hours did you put into this. Looks great.

Thanks man, I appreciate it!… Definitely easier to do the sooner you do it after purchasing… I would say I had approximately 10 to 12 hours total into it, not bad compared to the 16 hours I put into my last truck because I waited too long after buying it! 🤣
