    I'm also a biker, but this happened in my car, I was waiting for cars to pass so I could turn left, when I got rear ended at approximately 40 mph, it sent me like a rocket, it jammed my wheels so they wouldn't turn, I skidded 76 feet, I just filled my gas tank two hours earlier, it blew apart my gas tank all over the road, but No fire ? I broke off the steering wheel, the driver seat back was laying on the rear seat with me laying on top of it !! It knocked me out for about 6 or 7 seconds, the fire department had to cut off half of the roof to get me out, I heard a policeman say she was TEXTING !!! I'm ok now but it took 4 years of recovery. Thanks William Orange county, ca.

    One thing I never get with the towing industry in tow trucks is there backwards use of Chevron striping. on that truck on the front bumper you're pointing traffic into the middle of the truck instead of around it same with the outriggers the subtle striping is pointing towards the truck not away from it..

  • @rockymartin2179

  • @napsterbater

    @napsterbater

    Жыл бұрын

    @@rockymartin2179 those chevrons actually mean something they are supposed to point down to the direction traffic is supposed to go.. If you notice, there's actually traffic signs that have similar chevrons on them on barrier walls that split lanes or you also have diagonal lines on the left and right hand sides of the road pointing down towards the road. Just because you and most traffic doesn't understand what they mean doesn't mean they don't mean anything. Those backwards chevrons are literally directing traffic into the truck. It is telling traffic they need to come to the truck which again is backwards and shouldn't be the case. If you don't understand what you're doing, maybe you shouldn't be doing it.. and the fact that companies like this don't understand it is insane..

    This heavy recovery industry is so funny. Here we have 100 ton rotator with 65000 lbs ( around 30 ton) winches....aaaand 15 ton snacth blocks...😂😂😂. I think the biggest is 18 ton that is normal size. So they force you to work in to safety factor instead of WLL. And you have warning: "Never exceed working load limit!!"...how?? Only way is to use 3 part line with 2 snatch blocks...but then you dont need 65.000 lbs winches...And it is not just Snatch blocks. Why do they even bother with WLL. 😂

    The painting on this truck is awful. See all the red overspray on the yellow interior. Possibly the doors aren’t weather tight
