Should be about 300 buck USD

before you fill it with water or sand make sure it's located EXACTLY where you want to train because it will be too heavy for some ppl to move

For better boxing you need something that moves a bag on chain is better

Ty good vid and good advice for water and the ease of transport was afraid of leaking cause im putting it in my bedroom

Pretty sure the older Bobs didn't have the same kind of back on them... I've heard the material is now inferior too... It'd be great to hear your opinion on this.

A free standing bag can never compare to a hanging bag, you want the swing so you can use footwork. But the Bob is a great variation.im a boxer I train with several types of bags, they all have unique benefits. As far as Bob I love the anatomy of it for precision. You could focus on the button (chin) the jaw the liver, solar plexus, temples, etc..... Also use angles to implement footwork.

Question to anyone who has a Bob. If you punch or kick it hard will it tip over? I saw Connor McGregor tip over one just punching it. Maybe it wasn't filled at the base but if it tips often that would be a deal breaker for me.

how has BOB held up? I just received the exact same BOB and there was some issues out of the box, the box was destroyed but everything was intact so outside of scratches and some superficial damage all good. Until assembly, I mean 6 bolts right? how can you mess that up? Well 1 bolt is stripped , will not even hand tighten and another wont grab the back side to tighten. that all being said, I like the product outside of the fact that it moves around far too much from power shot and even sub par power shots. I am slightly bigger person then you but this should not happen, no? I also used water to fill mine, sand is heavier hopefully will help. with the water I literally lift it of the ground with combination power hooks and upper cuts. trust me I am very humble and not bloating about punching power, just looking for ways to keep BOB more stable.

Yeah I ran into that problem with attaching it to the stand, but eventually got it. I think it would help to have 2 people assemble it. And yes it does lift off of the ground occasionally when I'm punching it. If that's a big problem you may want to try sand as you mentioned. There may be some way to somehow attach weights to it? That's the only other thing I can think of at the moment

I think this one had more positive reviews than the XL, I can't remember exactly what they said, but this one seemed to be a better choice based on reviews at the time. As far as the solidity of the XL, I'm not sure, never used one.

Quick question- if you have it indoors and filled with water and need to move it from one side of the room to the other side, is that asking for trouble or relatively easy? Thanks

It's not difficult to move even filled with water, you can push it and it will slide relatively easily

this is cool.. But the new XL punching Bob is better than the one you have, and it's better than the the old version of punching Bob XL.. you get part of the leg to strike on the new XL.. nice breakdown tho

Fusion Kidd I actually just saw a bob XL video compared to a regular Bob.. And the construction of the material has changed.. I was wrong.. the regular Bob is composed better.. The Bob XL has really shity rubber that is soft compared to the regular Bob.. It's like they made the XL cheaper yet for way more money

Fusion Kidd yeah the Bob XL is made out of crappy material.. And you can always just slide the regular Bob down low as if you were doing a leg kick.. but definitely inferior material is used to make Bob XL
