My state caste certificate is from west Singhbhum but now i am residing in east Singhbhum so to make the central caste certificate do i need to apply from west Singhbhum or it can be done here also.

@@Axc9xx the format PDF link is given in description,and in my state the certificate number starts with OBC and ends with numbers,certificate number placed right side above date of issue. Ex: OBC022201234543
