Yes, cotton can be a courser fabric to work with, especially the dish cloth variety, but worth it for a useful item!

I have never seen a backwards single crochet before. Very interesting, do different. The Celtic stitch looks like a fun stitch to do. Can’t wait to try it. Thanks for sharing your video with all of us. ❤️

Bonnie this is a beautiful pot holder. I can't wait to make it. I just purchased quite a bit of cotton yarn with idea of making gifts, so a pot holder, dish towel, and dish cloths I think would be a nice set thank you

I love this patter n i just happen to have that color yarn too! But im using black for the back n edging. I did have alot of trouble with the fptr n bptr but i compensate by using the little v posts which did make larger holes between cable stitches but i like it! Turned out well. Saving this pattern too.

Greetings Bonnie..I have been watching your channel for some time but just recently subscribed. Your work is so beautiful! I have not yet attempted your Celtic stitches. I just watched the Arrowhead baby blanket and plan to make it..being Canadian, I cannot always buy the yarns you use but the Ice Cream yarn is readily available. I have crocheted several baby blankets using it and have been very happy with the result. I appreciate your blessing at the end of every post. Blessings to you for using your God given talent and for sharing your skills with care and attention to detail (obvious teacher). ✝️ 🥰 🧶

Thank You for a great easy to follow stitch. I think it's such a pretty pattern. I have not done this before. Have you made other items with the Celtic pattern? I'm thinking of making an infinity scarf for my daughters. How long would you suggest the chain be? Do you do a number of multiple stitches?

You need to review how to do the end of row 2 in MUCH more detail! I can not make any sense of what you are doing and where I should be doing these stitches. I tried for a while and then frogged the whole thing and gave up. Please provide more specifics and details because row two looks a hot mess, which is common and you often have to just trust the process, but if you don’t get row 2 set up properly then there is no way the rest of the project will work.

@@BonnieBayCrochet You are welcome. I appreciate your willingness to put videos of your creations on here. Some creators are not willing to do so, which I get. I’m really good at reading patterns, but sometimes videos help. I have a couple of your books and will be getting the four seasons one next. Have a good day.
