I just finished cells healing from A prior recording of yours. I still listen every night, as I have been doing for the past 7 months. My yesterday CT scan shows no metastatic disease. I celebrate. Prior and initial tests showed stage iv cancer that had spread to my lungs. That is undetectable in my lungs now. So, yes I have a ways to go and I say to you, yes this works. Do the other things that make sense, doctors, general items and prayers too. Program your life, LIVE! Joy! Gratitude! Thank you.

Thank you so much. I just stumbled upon this earlier this morning. I was diagnosed with stage 3c cancer in Sept 2022, in the pelvic region, caught it just in time before it became stage 4. Sept 2022 and on my journey too. I also reconnected with the practise of meditation. I will add this to my daily practice from now on as I felt absolutely blissful after completing my first go this morning. Very grateful. My body be restored to perfection

Just happened upon this meditation recently and I do it about 3 times a week. Slowly I am noticing a change in my pain levels, so much better, I am seeing things differently and hearing music differently and my skin is glowing and those close to me have noticed this. I would like to share with you what really helped my daughter who was extremely autistic and now you would say no her . I asked God show me how I could help my daughter to come back to us ànd for her to beable to accomplish all that she is meant to do here. And my prayers was answered after praying on my knees for hours crying out and being her voice. I went to bed and while I slept I was given the answer waking up just knowing how to help her. And it had to do with flash cards yes me too what God are you sure ok I trust You. Now I was take the time for just me and her and go into a room away from distractions and she would stay way in the corner just looking up and talking to herself . And I was told that my enthusiasm of how I was to look at a blue ball on the card and describe it . Ex wow what a wonderful blue ball you should see it . It is just awesome. This is just the greatest blue ball that I ever saw . And I could not show it. Just describe I was told. And just continue that for a few hours each day. And you know what she got closer and closer started looking up at me. When this happened it was so hard not to just break down with joy. But I was told you must stay strong. If you would need more info. You can write me at suziqzi97@yahoo.ca. the day she reached out and grabbed my hand and say help me. She made her chose she wanted to be free to be her and move forward. And discover all that she was. suziqzi97@yahoo.ca. I can even show you my daughter Miracles are real. When you say show me instead of just asking for an immediate Miracle. Because how could you help others which out going through the steps. The therapist she use to see could not believe her eyes. She took notes for her autistic son. If someone does not reach out and asking for your help. I mean anyone autistic. It's because they are happy as they are. Ànd we must respect that. My daughter was not alright with how she was. I am writing my book of this miracle and so many others we experienced. I am just happy to share. I love helping and sharing. Big hugs. I believe someone of these beautiful souls are waiting to be free to be their selves and are not ok with how they are. The other part was the hardest part for me to do. I was told to look up and talk to myself and ignoring her. This is to show her what the world sees her like that. And how she could feel like how it feels to be ignored and feel not important or loved. How she made us feel when she pulled away from my touch. Ànd when we talked to her.She said mommy I don't like how your eyes look and I don't like that you don't answer me it hurt me. Help me I don't want to hurt you and daddy. I love you. .. I want this for parents to experience this joy 😊 in their hearts ànd children to be given the choice to choose.

Im very sick from 1 c vax and this is helping me so much!! Thank you for this from my heart. I have complex ptsd as well and i learn to regulate and relax through your meditations (doing them laying down) and from qi gong. Hi this helped my husband's aunts when she was diagnosed with Cancer that I had researched first before presenting this as a possibility. You see when you ask God this question Show me how I could help someone or a product or for yourself to cure yourself. This is what happened I was lead to Pau Darco. And It just showed up on my phone. And she is a cancer survivor Praise God. You might want to check it out and decide for yourself you can take even with chemotherapy. She did not lose her hair. Being lead today to reach out to you. You will beat this. But you must speak your great health into existence and into your body. Stop saying my say the and disconnect yourself from the Cancer. I did that it did not become my depression it became the . Now I have the most quiet and peaceful mind and positive. I wrote it spoke it. Morning and before bed. Giving thanks for it as already done. And family members to also call the cancer not yours so important. And say I am getting better and better every day and stronger and stronger every day thank you for asking. Even if you don't feel that. Thoughts become things our words become our experiences what do you want to experience how do you want to feel. I believe in you. Miracles are real . Don't even let the dr say your get him to say the . Don't use my and claim anything you don't want. I have just prayed for you. I'm feeling better after 3 days of practice before sleep.80 percent improvement

I have had chronic pain and a large breast cyst for 4 years now. Recently struggling with heart palpitations. I will follow this meditation every day and keep tracking my health. Day 1- During the whole process of meditation I couldn't keep my heart calm. It was a struggle but I'm feeling calm and 10% better than before. Day 2: was in a deep calm state and instantly fell asleep after the meditation.

Wow! I’m having quite a bit of sciatica pain. Degenerative disk. I have been wound tight. I was able to let go and relax. I finally feel my body CAN heal itself. The flow is so peaceful! Thank you. I love this meditation so much that I do it three times back to back. It generates such a deep relaxation, such feelings of joy, bliss and a sense of a deep capacity to heal that I want to stay in that beautiful energy. One suggestion with respect: it would be good to have some indication that the session is coming to a close so that we can be prepared for that. Otherwise KZread automatically starts the next advert which can be very jarring when you've been so deeply relaxed. Thank you so much for this wonderful meditation 🙏💚

I am better today! I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and have been in bed in a relapse and this got me out of bed in 2 days! I’m usually not responsive to hypnosis but this guy is really good .

I love this meditation. It helps me get to sleep rapidly and helps me sleep at least 6 or 7 hrs, where I was only sleeping about 3 or 4. And little sleep is harmful to your body as well. I was dealing with an ear issue for over 6 months..actually it was bothering me for a year..I’m a naturopath so I only go seek allpathy when I’m dismantled and need reattached..I was almost ready to cave and seek a specialist because I lost hearing in my left ear..So I sat in the sun..i started an herb protocol and fruit diet and listened to this meditation..The next day I felt things starting to change in the ear..After the second meditation I had popping and draining..by the 3rd time I had hearing again..and no issues since..Was it the meditation ??.. I cant say because i started herbs and fruit..but my 3rd eye leads me to this meditation and now I share this as much as I can..

I think for those of us who actively study and practice meditation, there is always something new to be learned and a new way to expand our consciousness. I am ready to get over these seizures they have been plaguing me for 15 years now and I've been in the same spot since I left school but command that you leave my body and leave me be my body is for the lord and Satan you don't get to have your own way....I have been stuck on addiction to marijuana and that has been causing the seizures thank you so much my Lord

I am a strong skeptic and don't believe in hypnosis or mind healing but I do have dysautonomia (a dysfunction of the autonomic nervous system) that causes me to have consistently lowered HRV which is associated with all sorts of negative health consequences. This is the best mediatation I have found that consistantly improves my HRV and balances my autonomic nervous system. That won't cure everything but its likely to help most common illnesses as one consequence of viral infections is lowered HRV and its perfect for people with dysautonomia.

this meditation has the most effect on me. it is surprisingly very powerful. i am surprised how much it affects me, positively.

I think this is a great meditation. I actually remained focus to your voice and the music and meditated to the end. Not sure if I was in meditated state or not. I felt my body was so heavy as though I sank in the water with my head floating and listening to your voice and the music. Thank you for sharing!

It is important that the affirmation means something to you, that you reach the level of calm that speaks to you. I think you are there. It is worth it to keep up the meditation, your body will continue to give you feedback like you described. I agree, this is a great meditation, the voice is good for me. Sometimes I listen all the way, usually not...sometimes I am asleep right away, but I think your mind/cells hear and absorb regardless.

Many times while listening to your voice I either go into a theta state and don't hear the end or I go to sleep. I listened to the whole meditation this morning as I woke with a knot in my stomach. What a beautiful message. I felt better and eventually nodded off for a little while.

Would you mind clarifying what you mean by theta state? Thanks. This is my first listen . I was calmed by the voice( so soothing) instantly. I could not hear the words, yet I was not asleep. So I'm just confused.

They mean theta brainwaves. There are different speeds of brainwaves, such as beta, alpha, etc. Theta, I think, is associated with deep sleep.
