Pretty interesting explanation here...that's why a lot of your songs seem to be very well done, because you take time to design them by making a lot of adjustments with your frequency modulars. I like the approach. More content like this ;) !
Oh my... wish I had a quarter of all that. Awesome.
I love how Klayton of Celldweller is wearing a Blue Stahli shirt here :P
I really like this ep. This and number 2 both help me visualize the creative process. Esp. The part about going down a road that is cool in ones head but when u get there its not what u wanted. Been there as a visual artist myself.
Sounds so much like a Hotline Miami song. Love these videos, so interesting to see how much you can change something with those cables. "I can't wait" for more.
I would really enjoy more videos like this, I've been getting more and more into sound design and I really enjoyed this video
Duuuuuude. Nice Blue Stahli Shirt.
slick groove.
Awesome vid!
Okay after researching this and watching it extensively, I think I understand what he's doing, I don't know exactly what he's talking about every time he says something but I get the gist of most of it...I'd like for him to keep doing demonstrations though, I feel like without them I'll be as lost as an average middle school student in biochemistry class...
i love it when he talks mods. thank goodness i can kinda understand what he's saying. a benefit from being a sound tech who's used manual and digital boards.
Amazing
nice stuff in there!
Impressive woooahh!
The only thing i understood today : "My cabel is just a little bit too short" ... How can 1 person know all about this stuff ... That's fricking awsome man.
Ever just turn the lights off and try to make the coolest light show you can possibly make?

That is a brilliant idea, definitely should be done.
i would be stuck in there for days on end making all kinds of stuff! love it. I guess a good question now that some people might find interesting is.. #askcelldweller If someone was to break into the world of modular synths, what modular(s) would you recommend to start with? and on top of that, how would they then link them to there DAW? (lets say they like to make everything from ambient to dance/electro dub etc)
1:49 I like that. I think you should make that sound "Sound" More electric guitar like.
Man, I would love to have my own setup like that where I can just explore sounds. A man can dream.
Because I'm not an experienced musician I have to google almost EVERYTHING he says and research it. I've been on this video for 45 minutes and I'm only up to 3:22!
ah ok makes sense...not...wtf!! oO rocket science

I'm just glad he is on our side.
Ur awesome man... Nice
i didnt understand a thing,, still awesome keep it up!!! :D
Hey! Great video. This expert sleepers/ silent way thing is basically for syncing(integrating) modular and DAW right? But not necessarily to communicate via MID(sensing midi sequences from DAW to modular) Just got a Vermona qmi midi interface for that purposes , but don’t know now if your expert zzz combo would be better... Thanks in advance
where did you find that mega buchla resembling eurorack case? it's amazing!
Who built out that studio furniture & eurorack cases? I would like to know whats powering that main euro case?
Hi! Have you ever had problems with latency caused by cpu- usage or software or the interfaces and how did you solve them? ;)
Is there a way we can obtain the finished song thingy in this video?
So many Buttons :o thats to much for me but it Sounds Nice
"Let's pretend I like that right there..." Hahaha, I chuckle everytime. XD
I've got that shirt XD
I wonder how much power this equipment needs to run.

I feel like man must've felt when Prometheus introduced fire...
PRETTY BASIC , best JK ever
why isnt' this guy ever reviewed by Rolling stone, spin etc? seems odd to me, cause he's a very talented guy
Blue Stahli shirt ^_^
was that english that Klayton was speaking?
I do kinda get it...unfortunately if I actually tried to use it, I'd fail so hard. I can barley get my head round my voice synthesizer and my drum to bass mechanic whatever. Damn I wish I could speed up my music making process...
uhhhhh? cool!?
"LOL Daddy....who cares about school.....when I grow up, i'll be easily a Dark Synth Musician😎" - 2 0 y e a r s l a t e r - "Even just....listening to.....to music, is truly satisfying......😭"
Playing with toyzzzz... /turnsintopuddle I try not to regret but these vids make me wonder if I should have gone beyond basic music tech classes. I luved the hardware! Except for the Alesis synths. Hated those.
wat
Wow... didn't understand a half of what you're saying XD
That's bad, man...
Nop i don't unterstand a thing xD
