    Thank you, this video is perfect! I had training on this yesterday but with so many steps, it's tricky to remember everything. I'm currently studying for a Masters degree in Infectious Diseases and I have to use this technique for my Thesis project. Thanks again :)

    Any one types, its not important but, remember that the suspension cells must be centrifuged at 200 rotation per min (rpm) for 5 min. With my ❤ for you.
