You are Great astronomer!❤🎉 i’ve a 25x80ED porro Binoculars… and 82Hd angulated binocular, I love 20x80 format of binoculars.

20x80ED broken in 2021, but the quality of aggiuntive magnification plus 5x are best difference to see planets and brightest stars during daylight 😅

Nice review, I always wanted to know how clear and sharp the image could be through those binoculars, thank you, nice video.

A very decent review, thank you. What is discouraging for me is the fact that such a big pair od binoculars has so little power, you won't see much more than through a Pentax SP 20x60, I know, it will be more clear at dusk and for nebulas but is the difference really as big as the difference of weigh and lengh...? I don't think so. If they were 30x...

For some the difference may be enough to trade off the bigger size. Taking the Area Equation πr², the 20x80 lens has 56% more light gathering. This will make star clusters appear brighter. If they made it 30x80 then it wouldn't be as bright even though you see a bigger image. The higher the magnification the less light per given lens size.

I saw that is it a bresser special 20x80. Is it better?

Never tried the Bresser. A lot of these binoculars use similar components but different outer look. I wouldn't be surprised if it performs the same.
