I would honestly try if raindrops on roses wasn’t in it. I hate that map so much and you have to do the entire thing. Oh also summit down-side with Theo is a thing

for the cats in the heartside would you need to do all maps or could it be from a completed file?

@@ferr247 I would either allow a cheat file or do completed file, doing every map would turn it from a 3 hour speedrun to a 6 hour one.

maddie480 has this tool which lets you look up entities in map files: maddie480.ovh/celeste/map-tree-viewer at the time i heard about it, i think i knew of all but like 2 or 3 of the cats from just playing through the mod. finding this tool was what gave me the idea to eventually make it a video though, since i could be certain now

thank you! i did nothing but edit it for 3 days, but it didn't need to take that long at all. i'm really nitpicky and indecisive on stuff like how the info texts for each cat would look and what they would contain so it took a long time for me to arrive at the system i have now, among other things (transitions and the delay before fading out also gave me more trouble than was worth) also, i recorded raw footage for every cat like a month ago, but i struggled to find motivation for it until recently. i was dreading sections like raindrops on roses, VtoC, etc., because of the explanation required for those cats. recording all the raw footage at once was a huge mistake in any case, because i ended up rerecording over half of the cats, whether it be to extend the footage to accommodate the newly written on-screen explanation, or i just wasn't happy with how fast i got to the cat or how long i delayed petting the cat for ~cinematic effect~, or even to get a better fucking music cycle (i did that for like 3 cats) in summary my process is very inefficient and this video should have come out almost a month ago. thank you for coming to my ted talk (sorry for ranting just wanted to get this stuff out there :3)

The one in advanced heartside is really giving me trouble. Is it just normal crouched climbjumps like in the gym, but way more spread out then I'm used to? It feels like there's some tech involved I don't know.
