thank you so much to Viv for making this challenge and helping me through it 💜
some notes:
- the entrance to the secret has a bit of jank. there's a one-time use teleport trigger which you're supposed to hit when you grab the berry normally, opening the gap to the end, but it doesn't get activated from just jumping toward the berry. instead, you have to dash into it before you get too high and hit the permanent teleport trigger (less precise timing than the final dash through the gap). basically, just don't be confused if you hit the right timing but get teleported back the first time, and try it again :thumbeline:
- vivEnd and viv8 were recorded before i started the grandmaster lobby. viv7 had a trick i couldn't figure out, so i just spent a couple hours save stating through the rest of the map (and getting stumped on a couple more moves (and taking one look at 0gNV and deciding i couldn't do it)) and decided i'd come back later (almost 120 hours later lol)

It should be "max cats" instead of "all cats". That way one can do however many one wants but doing more is always better
This is a nice change after the sj grandmaster thread conversation. I tried this but gave up for now in the first room. Don't worry, after the first 15 minutes of trying in a blind playthrough style, I gave up on trying to do it stateless lol But I might give it a second chance so I don't think I'll watch the solutions

I (the mapper) also coded the blocks. In the first drafts of the level, the entire map was completeable backwards without the blocks, but i had to make some sacrifices for the sake of decheese and playtesting feedback

from looking at my input overlay it appears to be jump -> updemo 2f later -> precise wallboost

@@user-it7yu3sh4h you can move left/right for a short time after updemoing before getting uncrouched, so you just move left and climbjump
