I worked on the Holland Marsh every summer during my High school years packing lettuce and cellery . You will notice how everyone is fully covered up , it is to prevent celery poisoning . Large blisters on the skin .......

These hardworking are very impressive and efficient in gathering to cleaning and packing. Very valuable work. America should acknowledge the workforce and compensate their labor force, providing medical, housing and cost of living wages, free education for the children. Considering the value and return in terms of labor costs, its the best way to plan. Child labor should be banned in all countries.

Celery harvest is specialized. It takes a very skilled worker!
