[Preparation of celery]
1. Cut off the edges.
2. Divide into one by one.
3. Cut at the nodes between the celery leaves and stems.
4. Cut the thick part of the stem of the leaf part.
5. After cutting, cut the celery leaves to a suitable size.

1. Make a slight cut from the side with the leaves toward the root so as to cut the streaks, hold the streaks firmly, and remove while pulling.
2. Repeat this.
Celery stick recipe
【material】
2 eggs
1 teaspoon of vinegar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
Olive oil 50cc
Celery 100g
Pepper a little
[Preparation of celery stick]
1. Cut the celery to a suitable size.
2. Wash with water.
[How to make homemade mayonnaise dip sauce]
1. Break the egg and put the yolk in a bowl.
2. Add 1 teaspoon of vinegar.
3. Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
4. Add a little pepper.
5. Mix well.
6. After mixing to some extent, add a small amount of olive oil and mix.
7. Repeat this 5 times and if it thickens, it is complete.
The storage period should be about 7 days in the refrigerator.
Celery leaf tuna sandwich recipe
【material】
2 slices of bread
Celery leaf 40g
Tuna flakes 70g
Butter 10g
Homemade mayonnaise 40g
[How to make celery leaf tuna sandwich]
1. Bake the bread.
2. Add tuna and mayonnaise while baking.
3. When the bread is baked, apply 10g of butter.
4. Next, put the tuna and celery leaves and sandwich them with bread.
5. Cut.
6. Serve celery leaf tuna sandwich and you're done!
Celery soup recipe
【material】
Celery 20g
Water 200cc
A little sesame oil
Chinese soup stock 1 teaspoon
Celery leaf 3g
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon salt
[How to make celery soup]
1. Cut the celery into cubes.
2. Finely chop the celery leaves.
3. Turn on the fire.
4. 200cc of water in the pot
5. Chinese soup stock 1 teaspoon
6. 1/2 teaspoon salt
7. Add celery.
8. When it boils, add the beaten egg and turn off the heat.
9. Finally, sprinkle with sesame oil and put in a bowl.
10. Sprinkle celery leaves and you're done.
【Preservation method】
Separate the leaves and stems and store in the refrigerator.
If possible, it is difficult to lose the freshness if you store it with the same image as the vegetables are growing so that you do not lay it on its side.
The storage period is about 3 to 4 days. After that, the freshness will decrease, but you can eat it for a few days.
