Giancarlo is one of my favorite actors. Loved him in School Daze, Do the Right Thing and Bob Roberts.. I was standing next to him at the Oxford Film Festival years ago. He seems like a really lovely man.

@@savage_skirt5386 I was thing maybe….~maybe~ one could confuse Esposito with a name form a Hispanic or Latino country, but Giancarlo is the epitome of Italian.

Mr. Esposito is simply an elegant, professional, charismatic, and gracious person.

Giancarlo is the most underrated actor man.

One of my favorite actors. Gustavo Fring is an all time great villain

I first remember him being the guy getting electrocuted in the arcade in Maximum Overdrive

So good for all of us that hes finally getting the mainstream shine hes deserved for a long time. Can watch him in anything. But lets be real hes an amazing villain.

Seems like a real and down to earth guy.

It so interesting not seeing him as the infamous Gus Fring. Another great actor from a great TV show!

Saw him on the street one time in Manhattan. As a big fan of Night On Earth, Desperately Seeking Susan, etc., this was a cool NY moment to have.

His role in Night on Earth was great

I can't look at Esposito, without thinking of the guy in the wheelchair, on NYPD Blue.

I love this guy. Great actor. And he has a pretty good set of pipes too. Can’t wait to see more of him in season 2 of the Mandolorian.

First time I ever saw this guy was in the cult classic Harley Davidson and the Marlboro Man. Small role but he's great. Same with Usual Supects. Superb in Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul.

He was awesome in Fresh.

Rich is totally oblivious that Giancarlo asked him to pronounce his name correctly.

Not Hector but Tuco was supposed to be the main antagonist... but Raymond Cruz wanted to step away from the character because he had trouble playing the character, he put too much in it and wasn't sleeping well because of it.

He was mind blowing in “Fresh”

Rich is so awesome, just never understood how the show puts all the amazing guests ‘lower physical status’ seated...?

It's hard to believe that Giancarlo was the same guy who played that nerd who got electrocuted by a video game cabinet in Maximum Overdrive.

He seems like such a nice guy.

He was so so great in Breaking Bad he was good in Better Call Saul and I understand he was playing the same character but it was almost like he was playing a character pretending to be Gus rather than playing Gus like he was in Breaking Bad if that means or makes any sense I've had a few beers

He got famous and well known from breaking bad but had been around long before that. The guy has earned it nowadays. He's really a great actor tbh.

I also doubt it was true that Salamanca was going to be the main bad guy, and I'm glad because as much as Mark Margolis is a great actor, his casting was a terrible choice, his Spanish was terrible and I just never liked any of his speaking parts.
