Food waste is problematic in the buffet area. I don’t want to be limited on why I try in the MDR, especially if I don’t like my first order. I am a cruiser and usually the MDR has tapas plates more often than not. So, the limit on entrees in the MDR is not something I favor.

can you please tell me the buffet hours? If you get back from an excursion mid to late afternoon, what are the food options? Thanks!

Not while I was on-board at least. Only place for sushi in aware of was the Sushi on 5 restaurant.

I may have missed it, but what times are the buffets open?

The buffet stations are a bit of a wreck. Looks like someone's toddlers rampaged through them and left lunch on the counter tops. Kind of puts me off.

Did you see anything labeled VEGAN? Or a separate menu for vegans?

Yes the buffet has a lot of items specifically labeled vegan. This cruise brand is very good about dietary preferences
