The old set's globe opening graphics featured a blue globe with the Jeopardy! logo in yellow. If they kept the globe opening with the sushi bar set, it probably would've been a purple globe with the Jeopardy! logo in white, gray and/or silver.

This is still my favorite set. I remember when they changed it and auctioned off some of the set pieces on ebay for world vision. I was in high school at the time and was desperately trying to come up with about $200 (CA) to at least get a glass panel autographed by Alex but alas, it wasnt meant to be....😔

Jeopardy without Alex… no

The stars on this show were one thing, but it was the look of the newly designed "sushi-bar" set that captured my attention, all throughout. I truly miss the 90s era of JEOPARDY!, but I'll always love this set, as well as the recent "grid-set", they had before this.

I love Jeopardy. We'd watch the broadcast at 7 then watch the same show at 7:30 on another channel. The girl who watched my daughter would bring her home during the second airing. She was amazed that I knew all the answers. After a few months, I confessed the way I was getting the answers correct.
