At the Italian Tuscan, the "red" vegetable is beetroot. Beetroot and apple are always there to complement the pork chop.

Unfortunately the stars cannot join us this round. 18 days total is too long away for them. Let me get all the food videos of the ship out. There are more than 10 restaurants onboard and each one of them is excellent. Once that is out of the way, you will be able to have ship tour and also follow us to all the New Zealand ports that we visited. Many of these ports have excellent scenery and very charming as well. Just need a little patience. 🙏

Hi Uncle Lee, did you buy your non alcoholic drink card when you booked the cruise or when you board the ship? I will be going on Celebrity Soltice for Alaska so wondering when I should buy it. Thanks.

The card that you saw is the Seapass… it will be next to you door when you get to your room and contains information about you, your room, you add on, etc. You can watch the first video where we boarded the ship and I showed the location where they put the seapass. Buy online before you board will be 20% cheaper than buying it once onboard. And if I remember correctly, the cut off for online purchase will be 2 days before boarding the ship. Just download the Celebrity cruise app on you mobile and buy it there.. you can also book dining, excursions etc from the app before boarding the Solstice. Thank you for watching

Is dried cod (bacalao or bacalhau) a traditional Greek dish?

I see dried cod in a lot of southern European countries like Spain and Portugal, can easily find them in markets & supermarkets. I guess this is a traditional food for Greeks as they did not have refrigeration in the old days and only use salt to preserve the fish. I booked Oceanview this time. Aquaclass was very expensive this time and I decided it was not worth paying the price. Didn’t even want to pay for the veranda room! I think veranda is good but if you are on a budget oceanview or inside will do.

@@stormtrooper2170 chit chat, drink tea, shopping, gamble, walk around the ship, sleep, sit in loungers and enjoy seaview as the ship sails away, watch movies, live performances, listen to live bands… you can also go to the spa or have few massages too if you don’t mind the high price! 😂 I see some Vietnamese / Chinese even playing cards and mahjong 🀄️!

How can they just accept any room number? Any way to verify? Otherwise, anyone can just give random room no. 😅

When they scan the seapass or enter the room number on the machine, our details including our photos will appear on their screen. They are able to match our faces to the seapass card. Similarly when we leave the ship and return back to the ship, we need to scan our seapass.. they will look at us and the screen to match the person leaving and returning.

I thought your friend no complain today, he still complain the chicken breast.(next time you don’t company him!company ah ling is the best!)I see your friend doesn’t like a lot of food I pity his wife,I don’t know what food his wife cook for him 😅hard to serve.
