    @69hotdragon Yeah people didn't have much of a Choice, there was no other thing to record with.. I remember -87 when My parents built our house we had a neighbor coming down like once a week to record a couple of minutes, he had a big ass VHS recorder on His shoulder that was 3x the size of His head 😂👍 But it's an awesome video full of memories! Even the fact that he edit in some classic music on the bits when nobody was talking was almost breathtaking since it was like space technology in that age of time!😂

    Idk, there are amazing street performers, better than celebrities that majority of people walk past because they have no name, aside from the second clip this just shows part of that depressing reality. Still enjoyed the video though.

    The best gig I ever saw was Springsteen. Went on a cold frosty evening, wrapped up and miserable. I wasn’t expecting much. I wasn’t a fan then. The Boss went on at 7 and came off at 11.30. And I went home, half naked, sweating and totally happy. He’s a legend.

    I know right. props to you for keeping it real and saying something refreshing, honest and positive for a change. I'm reading some of these other jokers talking about how "this is set up" as if it takes away from exactly what you've said. You've got platinum selling artists jamming with street musicians in front of small crowds who just happen to be walking by. That's pretty damn cool and refreshing. Wish everyone could stay humble like this.

    Yes, and it was really beautiful of him to block a lane for that long too. He's a talented musician, but he's not the sharpest tool in the shed. Watch his Graham Norton appearances, he couldn't shuffle cards and called the ace of hearts the a of hearts.

    I live in Vegas where rod performs weekly. He bumped my shoulder on accident while walking in the Bellagio (my back was against him while I’m on my phone) , he had his bodyguards and entourage. He apologized shook my hand and walked off to his limo. I tried to get a picture cause my moms a big fan but he was so nice I didn’t want to bother him after that haha. Just a great guy.

    I believe Springsteen was in Copenhagen, where he was playing a concert that night. He left his hotel and was just walking down the street when he came upon this guy playing his songs. He later had someone find the guy and give him tickets, and a substantial "donation." By all accounts, he's is a gracious, generous, down-to-earth, humble guy - or at least as humble as it's possible to be when you're Bruce Springsteen.

    It was wonderful to see the young guitarist come alive playing with Bruce and Bruce enjoying it . The young man was quite good. Can you imagine how intimidating that situation could be especially how young that street performer was? When he played "Born To Run" was magical!! I hope he succeeds but if he doesn't, he will always have this beautiful day to remember!!

    FYI: The song Rod Stewart is singing with the guitarist is called "Hangbags and Gladrags" by Mike d"Abo of Manfred Mann (1967). Rod covered it in 1969 on his album "An old raincoat won't ever let you down." Cheers!!
