Celebrated my first MILLION views with an Excellent Relic Hunt! Bullets and a Bucket Lister Button!
A large yard in Cold Harbor Virginia that had never been hunted as far as I know, produced many bullets (one scarce), a personal WW2 artifact, a Cavalry item I'd never seen, and a Bucket List Civil War button I'm excited to add to my collection! #metaldetecting #relicdigging #civilwar #civilwarrelics #diggingfortreasure #relichunting #relicdigging #virginia #deus #treasurehunting

Yeah, that was very cool, Will. I remember the man. In the 70s, he would wear his uniform to church on Veteran's Day. It still fit him like a glove.
Nice pile of lead, loved the brass curry comb piece also.

John, that was cool just because I didn't know those existed, and learning about Hotchkiss and his government contracts, etc.

Thanks Billy. This little 2 acres hasn't produced a lot, but the scarce items are proportionately high. I have found the brass curry comb part, the Eagle D, a ringtail Sharpes, and in a subsequent trip, a .54 Gardner, a Pickett bullet and a CS .69 Belgian. Weird.
Ah the elusive Eagle "D" button . Quite a rare find. Next a Eagle " R "or very rare Eagle "V". Most Eagle V's are found in early sights too. Well done Walker ! Congratulation's on your 1 Million views. I will say I watch a lot of relic hunting videos . Yours my friend is the only one that makes me feel the History that you are hunting for. Keep them coming when you can. Thank you God bless you too.

My favorite video was when you tell about that catholic cross you found I'm a little jealous I live in a very die hard catholic family I go to to the Latin mass. If you ever get to go to the KZread channels Mass of the Ages and Ex Cathedra there is some great music and learning. Thanks as always Walker!

Thanks Swamp - it was a good day of digging! Thanks for praying for Gavin. He is currently cancer free. It was the most hectic and crazy 4 hours of my year, but wildly successful. We had just over 200 motorcycles and a hundred classic cars make an appearance. A hair over 900 people in attendance, and in those 4 hours, we raised over $40,000 so I'd say that thing went right over the centerfield wall.
congrats on the million views walker! well deserved. my most watched video has only 4000 views. but i realize my video subjects are really niche lol. im not going to make any comments about the big head vs little head and how deep they can go lol. though its taking all my willpower not to lol. 15:34 the us army ordnance corp uses a flaming grenade insignia, that looks more like ww1 than ww2. maybe it belonged to that mans father. well that was a good day. give clarabelle a pat from me. she looks like a good doggo.

Frank, I have only sold a relic once and still don't feel good about it. But a prairie dog hunt in Montana was a bucket list trip for my dad. Not sure where he was, but he had a ball. If you're just looking for a couple of genuine civil war bullets, I got you. Send me your address.
Happy 4th, Walker. All those 69's and the eagle D, was this an 1862 site?

Yeah, being Cold Harbor, could be '62 and '64 items mixed together. (Carbines and .69s) but I think those items you mentioned are indeed from the battle of Gaines Mill. ('62)
