How do you get rid of the wrinkles in the fabric?

There may be fabric wrinkles. Because when it ships there will be some from the fabric placed in the box. However, once it gets hung and pleated the wrinkles are less noticeable.

We apologize, your frustration is one that we share. There are only (4) states where the pandemic has caused labor shortages at distribution centers (Toledo OH, Portland OR, Indianapolis IN, Newark CA). A majority of ground orders shipped to your state are processed through the FedEx Newark Distribution terminal. This California terminal has serious issues that delay shipments. The packages we ship are time-sensitive & need to arrive before the event date. It would break our hearts if you received a package in an unreasonable amount of time. To prevent this headache, we have temporarily disabled orders to CA. We monitor the supply chain nationally and hope to resume shipping to California in the coming months. what if your ceiling is not metals

You will either have an open ceiling with rafters (metal), a drop ceiling (with tiles), or a finished ceiling (with plaster). If your ceiling is plaster then you will need to install eye bolts into load bearing beams (wooden studs). This creates a mounting point. You may need to run aircraft cables between these mounting points and support them vertically every 5ft - 10ft. I recommend you read our article to get a better idea. If this sounds a little too complicated, then it is best to hire a local event pro. I hope that helps! >> shipour.wedding/diy-ceiling-drape-kit/
