Cefalu One of the Most Spectacular Towns and Visit to Mezzojuso, Sicily
We travel to Cefalu and Mezzojuso in the Province of Palermo. Charming streets, cathedral, beautiful beaches, shops and restaurants, Cefalu has it all. We enter the Cathedral, walk around the beaches and fortification wall. Then we head to Mezzojuso where there are a Roman Catholic and Byzantine Greek Orthodox side by side. We learn about the rich history of this town dating back to the 1500's when the Albanians moved to places like Mezzojuso and Piana degli Albanesi.

Love Cefalu! Absolutely nothing beats the views at the top of La Rocca. It is a climb, but not only the views, but the temple and other ancient structures at the top are so worth it. Don't recommend doing it in July or August because of the heat, but otherwise, if you are in decent shape, not to be missed.

Love this video - Cefalú is my favourite Sicilian town. Have you guys done a video yet from Santo Stefano di Camastra a little further East? Also....have you filmed from the Egadi islands of Favignana and Levanzo off the West coast of Trapani. Had an amazing day trip to those in 2022. The sea... so blue off the coast of Favignana.

Cannot wait to visit Sicily and southern Italy this summer. Also, there are Albanians and Croats that left during that century and settled in Molise. Still remain their today and speak there own dialect.

Draught is very bad across Sicily. Some places have water restrictions but not all!
I didn't know the letter "J" existed in italian alphabet.
