Cedou - 2 versions (Lutumba Simaro) - Franco & le T.P. O.K. Jazz 1973
Музыка
Vocals: Franco, Sam Mangwana, Michèl Boyibanda, Lola Chécain with Franco and Boyibanda alternating solos. Sam and Lola are restricted to (magnificent) chorus duties. From 1:52 Franco joins the chorus in Boyibanda's place, who takes the first solo. Every time the next soloist drops out of the chorus.
Near the end of the first version (which I think was the second chronologically), Lola also plays some wooden percussion. That version can be downloaded here: wrldsrv.blogspot.com/2009/12/s... .
After the song, Sam Mangwana talks about when & why Franco got him to join O.K. Jazz (recorded 30-3-1997 in Amsterdam).

La jeunesse de cette fresque sur chant demeure belle. L'hymne à la vie dans cette partition est une leçon. Tout y passe. Avant la finitude...ce que nous vivons nous est offert, avec à la clef l'intratitude du corps... Bravo❤❤❤😅❤❤❤❤

A thing of beauty. Very few things can compare. Reliving my youth
This song is one of the best songs by Luambo.
Ceduo is forever green in the hearts of many Rhumba lovers. No matter the circumstance, it's befitting! Dr. Ogeto International
I have always liked this song therefore when I stumbled on it on the You-tube I have never tired to play it.
According to the music gospel, Cediu, spread by Maestro Franco, Mangwana, Boyibanda, Lola and behind the face Simaro,we have received irreplaceable nourishment beyond doubt. God rest their souls in eternal peace. Dr. Ogeto International.

❤ This song reminds me of my youth and campus days with my buddies!
music ya watu wakubwa, best of all times.
Real music, delicious entertainment.
J'aime.
....I can't listen this music to satisfaction, but the enjoyment is ecstatic......
