I am so grateful for this show. I am 38 years old with two beautiful teens. Two years ago I started building my intentional relationship with God and I am now at a place of patience and peace with the desire to have my soulmate in God’s timing. Along with God covering me and granted me with stability, peace, and the ability to understand my worth I know longer have that feeling of thirst for a man. The feeling is good, really good🥰🥰🥰

Great advice for singles! I've been married for almost 16yrs and my husband and I had real conversations while courting and even after engagement and therefore we knew some ugly truths about each other that have helped strengthen our marriage. When things get tough you can identify better with the realness of what helped shape a person into who they are and how to better pray for them.❤

To the young lady with the health issue, God sees you and loves you just as you are. Be comfortable with it and continue to seek medical help as much as you can. Nothing wrong with wanting it gone! But don’t hide behind “it”. I bet there are people who’d rather deal with that than a whole lot of character issues most of us have. You’re beautiful, you’re wonderfully made!

This whole episode is on point👏🏾 The last question from the beautiful young woman with a chronic illness really hit home since I deal w/ one myself. I used to ask the same question. Then, my therapist challenged me by leading me to see that being a “good wife” is me doing my best for my future husband. I can do that with the presence or absence of illness. Plus, God knew my circumstances when He designed my husband with me in mind and vice versa. This, as bleak as it may sometimes feel, is a part of His Perfect Will so as I’m trusting for healing, I’m living my best life now🙌🏾

Marriage is a blessing from GOD, but being single is a blessing from GOD too. The Apostle Paul stated that he wished that we all could be free from the concerns of married life. It is really nice to see single people on this show. In church we are always trying to get everybody married. As though there is something wrong with being single. If you look at the ratio of men to women in the world, then you will see that everybody will not be able to be married. I love the scripture when Paul said that he learned to be content in whatever state he found himself in. Singleness is not a bad place that a person needs to escape. Marriage should only be entered into with prayer and careful consideration, because it is not a good idea to rush into a marriage. It is a lifelong serious commitment. Therefore, it's important to pray about it, and to be 100% sure that you are marrying the right person.
