Moalboal is a worldwide snorkeling and diving destination. You missed the best part of Moalboal which is beautiful corals just off the beach. Amazing how it has survived dynamite destruction like so many other places!

Hi, Ghianne! Apologies, I don't have a contact number of the boat that I rode going to Sumilon Island. However, If you're coming from Whaleshark watching, there's a lot of dispatchers there offering a Sumilon Tour for 500 pesos, depending on your negotiation skills 😁 As for me, I was able to haggle it for 400 pesos plus 100 pesos for the entrance fee to Sumilon Island ☺️

Hi, Gazelle! They don't provide padlocks. I brought mine when I went there 😁 Also, I doubt that they have padlocks for sale or for rent because it's just a normal sari-sari store. 😊

May I ask in what day did you do this whaleshark activity? Planning on walking in lang po kasi kami.

I'm not really sure about this one because I just used my phone during my whale shark watching at Oslob but I have read some blogs that you can rent a GoPro at the site for as low as 500 pesos and a tip for the boatman who would take your photos. :) Though I have noticed that there are several shops at the area that you can inquire for. Hope this helps 😊

​@@delapenadeviejean4908 yes po. Allowed po yung kids. 😊 They provide lifejackets naman po for safety purposes. Also, 3 years old and below is free of charge so if 9 years old na po siya need niya na po magbayad ng 500. Hope this helps po 😊

Hi, Che! I spent 2 nights in Laguno Bed and Breakfast. I got it for 280 for the first night which I booked via booking.com and 250 per for the second night which I booked directly with them. 😊

@@maryjoyvillarente3396 nagtanong ako sa Bluewater resort, meron daw tricycle. Short ride lang daw papunta sa private na daungan ng bangka papunta sa island. Pero for sure mas mura pa din bus. Antay nga lang.

Meron din po nag -ooffer na tour guide/package sa mismong Whaleshark watching. Free hatid at sundo na to Sumilon island docking area. :)

Hi,Jay! Yes possible pa po siya. 30 mins kase yung limit ng watching per boat kaya maaccomate naman lahat ng mga tourist. Actually ang cutoff time nila for the registration is 11am. 😊

Hi, Elmarc! Regular fare back and from Oslob Whaleshark watching to Sumilon Island is 500 plus 100 entrance fee to the island. As for me, I was able to haggle it to 500 pesos inclusive of the 100 entrance fee 😊 You can also check my expense tracker at the end of the video. 😊

Hi, J! After enjoying Oslob, nagbus ulit ako papuntang Bato Bus Terminal and from there, bus ulit papuntang Moalboal. ☺️ Baba lng po kayo sa Municipal City Hall of Moalboal, walking distance lng yung Laguno Bed and Breakfast from the city hall 😊

Hi, Josephine! My fare to Oslob from Cebu is 275 pesos. Fare from Oslob to Bato is 32 pesos tapos from Bato to Moalboal is 110 pesos. I stayed in Laguno Bed and Breakfast in Moalboal for 280 pesos per night. :)

Planning to follow you itinerary kasi, but I will be coming from Cebu City. The blogs that I’ve read iba iba yung sinasabing first trip sa South Bus Terminal, may 1AM, 2AM, 3AM. I really want to go there early para rin maaga matapos and makaderetso na sa Moalboal instead of staying the night pa sa Oslob.

Hi, Kristine! Yes po. From Bantayan Island, I rode a ferry going to Hagnaya Port then rode a bus to Cebu City proper. From the South Bus Terminal, I rode a bus straight to Oslob. 😊

If I may suggest, it would be better if you take the 2AM trip since it will only take 3 hours from Cebu to Oslob. The Whaleshark watching is open as early as 5am. :)
