I am happy to share this barko vlog onboard M/V Beautiful Stars from Cebu Pier 4 to Baybay City, Leyte. This is a resumption of their service to this route after a long absence because of the pandemic and issues in the Port of Baybay.

Many times nako nakasakay ani sauna pa-Hilongos.. Kasuway ko nga grabeng bawd the whole duration sa biyahe tungod sa amihan... Pero fighter gyud ning barkoha, pa gamay gamay lang..

Last time I travelled with this vessel way back December 2016. Ni overboard ang trash bin sa kakusog sa bawd 😂 while we were traversing camotes sea. Madungog na ang propeller na mugawas sa dagat haha. That was fun, chill ra mga crew sa kilid ga lingkod. "Fighter nig bawod sir, di ra ta maguol ani." Glad she's back! Huge fan sir Mark! 🤟🏻

last week lang mi nakasakay anang barkoha baybay-cebu.hamugaway kaayo,dili alimoot kay walay panghaw sa kilid.limpyo pud.kadtong roble nga amo nasakya cebu-ormoc pwerteng ka-alimoot kay sa economy,kay nagdasok lang ang mga deck.wala juy kato'g ang mga pasahero tibuok byahe.

I miss travelling by sea. The smell of the ocean, the wind in your face...with sea spray, night lights on neighboring islands and fishing boats. Maski po may pagka mahaba lalong-lalo na sa mga 18-20 hrs trip like Cebu to Manila vice versa. But with today's internet, better ship facilities that 18 hrs will be fast. Food are quite expensive though, and if you sleep 3rd class don't you ever-ever leave your cellphone out when you sleep. I was browsing the internet and I feel asleep. When I awoke, my phone was gone!
