Yes, 2 op(Blem and Uncle) is possible. However you will need the random teleport to teleport both Blem and Uncle on the top left of the map right next to each other and have blem facing uncle to unlock the stun. And that random teleport will happen twice. So the chance is way too low, but it is theoretically possible.

I have no idea, it might be my pc + emulator. Since I have a very high spec pc, so I gave Bluestack a ton of resources. I have noticed it before on the dossoles stages, my game have a lot of more fancy effect than the other content creators I watch.
