Step By Step
1. Shutdown Playstation Properly
2. Unplug Power cable & Storage cable (if any) & replug them after 20 mins
3. Go into Settings/Account Management/Restore Licenses Press Ok and wait for it to complete
4. Shutdown Playstation Properly (again)
5. Turn it back on
6. Hover onto an application, press down key and let it load the contents (Overview/Trending/Friends/Playstation Store), press down key one by one on each tab and let it load. Once all of the tabs have been completely loaded
7. Shutdown Playstation again (Just in case)
8. Turn it back on
9. Run the application
