For White rolled bandages and Gauze you need MD 5 license. For cotton crepe bandages just registration is sufficient.

But sir , Roll bandages are also non sterile and non measuring items. So why MD-5.. Please clarify on this sir
What if we are purchasing directly from Impoter or Manufacturer and we are doing packing in our brand name?

You need to obtain MD-5 or MD-9 to repack.

Yes sir, you can if you get permission on form MD 15 from CDSCO. In addition to this you will also need MD 42.
Sir kya ot table or ot light ki manufqcturing ke liye licence lena jruri h kya? Aur agr nhi h to cdsco ki site pr registeration krna jruri h ya nhi?

@@pankajbansal1082 Sir MD 3 challan fees is to be paid to state and not CDSCO. State government website are there for fees payment. Which state you want to pay fees. We will send link.

You can buy and sell Class A,B,C and D Medical Device by obtaining MD-42 registration. Portal is not as yet open for it. Please wait.
