What are you implying? Do you know how many crashes happen in the US? We lose a lot of servicemen and women every year due to helicopter crashes. Being well trained/experienced is only a small fraction of flying safely. There are very many variables including the condition of the aircraft, weather, topography, mental health/fatigue etc. We shouldn’t be too quick to form opinions.
